Board of Director

A Board of Directors comprising eight (8) members serve as the policy-making authority of the Foundation. The composition of the board is reflective of the multi-sectoral interests, experience and integrity needed to steer the affairs of the Foundation.

Current Directors are:

Mrs Olajumoke Anifowoshe (nee Ajasin) - Chairperson

Mrs. Anifowoshe is a Legal practitioner with extensive activities in governance, Legal development and practice, women development and commerce. She was Commissioner for Justice, Ondo State between 2002 and 2003. She is member International Federation of Women Lawyers and Secretary 1998-1990, Member Women in Law and Development (WILDAF), Member Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Member Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Mrs. Anifowoshe Has worked in various capacities: State counsel Federal Ministry of Justice, Arbitrator in Several Disputes Past and present positions held include, National Adviser Obafemi Awolowo University Alumni, Vice Chairperson YMCA Archbishop Vining Memorial Church. She is Secretary Adekunle Ajasin Foundation.

Mr Olatunde Ojofeitimi - Vice Chairperson

A management Consultant, Educationist and former Acting Director-General, Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON). He has expertise in Organisational Design, Policy Management, Training Design and Change Management. Mr Ojofeitimi has worked in various capacities in Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs, Fairfax County, Virginia, USA, and ASCON. He has written several papers, articles and publications on Grassroots Development, Management of Human Resources, Performance Measurement and Local Government Administration.

Mr. Akinyemi Akintola - Executive Director

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Management. He holds a Masters Degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He graduated from the Polytechnic Ibadan with Higher National Diploma (Accountancy) in 1985. Mr. Akintola has attended various training locally and abroad in finance, micro enterprise management and other relevant fields: these include strategic planning for Corporate bodies: Profit improvement planning; Accounting System Development & Installation; Micro-enterprise financial Institution management and design University of Reading, England, Essential skills in Program Management, Bradford University England.

Mrs Delphine Misan-Arenyeka - Director

A management and Financial Consultant and a Ford Foundation Scholar with wide range of experience in Banking , Agric Finance, Process Consulting, Reorganization, Restructuring and Research. She worked in various capacities with First Bank, International Livestock Research Institute, Deloitte Haskins & Sells Management Consultants and Eami Associates. She is presently Executive Director Startrite Mayton & Company Nigeria Limited.

Mrs Olajumoke Ali-Baba - Director

An Educationist, Horticulturist and retired Civil Servant. With wide range of experience in education administration, she has worked in various capacities in Federal civil service, kano Sate Government, Kaduna State and North Central State Governments. Mrs Alli Baba has held board and leadership positions with Civil Society Organisations including Vice President Soroptomist International, Council Member Kaduna Chambers of Commerce, National Commission for Museums and Monuments and others.

Chief (Mrs.) Foluke Folashade Ogunlade - Director

The Chairman/Chief Executive of Foluade Enterprise Limited, a business she established after her retirement from the civil service. Chief Ogunlade a seasoned civil servant has been a civil servant for a good part of her career life. She served in various arms of the parastatal, rose from the position of an Administrative Officer to Director General before she finally retired from office.

Chief Ogunlade has an extensive board experience and she currently serve as the National President, Alumni Association of University of Ibadan. A member/matron of many other religious, cultural and philanthropic organizations. Chief Ogunlade a strong community leader/mobilize joined the board of the Trust Fund in December 1997.

Alhaji Ali-Baba Shettima - Director

A retired Federal Civil servant and Documentation professional. He trained in general photography at Kingston College of Technology, Leeds, and Atlantic School of Photography, London. Alhaji Shettima worked in various capacities as a federal Civil servant including the Chief Photographer of the Federation (the largest photographic unit in Africa). He manages a unique gallery of historic photography of Nigeria with collections covering over 80 years.

Ven. Anene Nzelu - Director

An Accountant, Solicitor and Theologian Ven. Anene has worked in various capacities with the Federal Ministry of Labour, Federal Polytechnic Akure, Niger Optical Services Nigeria Limited. He is currently Principal Counsel/Partner Anene Nzelu and Associates. Ven.

Anene has held various leadership positions, including; Coordinator Christian Union, University of Nigeria (Enugu & Nsukka Campuses) 1978/79, President Christian Corpers Fellowship (Ondo State)1979/80, State President Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) 1987/91, National Executive Member Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) 1993-date. Other appointments include; Chairman Caretaker Committee Oraifite Community, Chairman Interstate Finance and Investment Co., Member Local Government Appeals Tribunal, Director Oraifite Community Bank, Member Advisory Council on Prerogative of Mercy (Enugu State) and others.
