Our training courses and other activities stresses the need for involvement and participation of members / staff in the decision- making process of the institutions we support. The outcomes have been very positive, as there is active involvement and participation in the operational activities of the institutions we support by the employees and members of these institutions. Many set up and work through committees at various levels (depending on the size) for this purpose.
