Mr Andrew Enahoro LLB, BL – Chairman / Member

Mr Andrew Enahoro

Mr Andrew was born to the Enahoro family (nephew to the late Chief Anthony Enahoro-CFR) from Uromi, in Edo State. Mr Andrew was raised amongst leaders and pace setters, and this set the tone for a life of performance and excellence. Mr Andrew was the Corporate Affairs and Ikun Dairy Farm (IDF) Director, Promasidor Nigeria and served also as the Chairman of IDF, a JV between Promasidor Nigeria and Ekiti State Government.

A knowledgeable Corporate Communication & Legal Professional with over 30 years of experience in helping companies to improve their relationships and business performance. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association – NBA, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations – NIPR, Institute of Directors – IoD and the Association for Counseling, Matchmaking & Psychotherapy – ACMPN. He is an Almuni the Lagos Business School (Pan-Atlantic University). He also worked briefly with Etisalat Nigeria Limited as Head of Legal Services (North). He was Executive Director at Vileo Capital & Asset Management Ltd. He also has demonstrable experience and expertise in investment portfolio management, corporate communications, and sustainability management leading to positive outcomes. He is an amiable personality with the capacity to adapt to constantly changing environments coupled with a strong intellect, level-headedness, emotional intelligence, and an abiding sense of duty. Exceptionally calm under pressure, he has great people skills and can drive teams to achieve excellence.

Ms Yinka Ajibola BSc – Director / Member

Ms Yinka Ajibola

Ms Yinka Ajibola holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Ife, Ile Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University). She is an experienced Managing Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the program development industry. Skilled in Analytical Skills, Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Management Consulting, and Project Management. She is the National President of Business and Professional Women in Nigeria.

Mrs Madaki Alice Binta – Director / Member

Mrs Madaki Alice Binta

She is a graduate of Political Science from the Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria. She also has PDG in International Relations and Diplomacy from Kaduna Polytechnic. She is an innovative, self – motivated entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience. She has developed herself with the following proven skills, Effective communication skills, Problem solving skills, Leadership skills, Team work and collaborations, Negotiation skills, Creative thinking and Customer service skills.

She attended entrepreneurial trainings at AfriConEU Bootcamp, AWIEF/ADBF Accelerator Program, Smedan Entrepreneurship Program, Chanza Africa Academy, G4HER Accelerator Program, Moody Bootcamp, Foundry SME Bootcamp, Zibah Women's Leadership Initiative, AWEC (African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative) an initiative of Center for Global Enterprise, AWPvendor (African Women Power Vendor), Kaduna Business School (KadStep), Stored Grain Management: IITA Ibadan, Food Processing organized by GAIN (Global Alliance In Nutrition) and Base certificate in office XP: NITT. She was an Acting Senior Manager in the Central Bank of Nigeria between 2001-2002 before she left to be the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Baitus Foods, Baitu Enterprises Nigeria Limited, Baitus Foundation. She is a team player and has the attribute of learning new things.

Mr Akinyemi Akintola FCA, MSc – Director / Member

Mr Akinyemi Akintola

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Management. He holds a Master's Degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He graduated from the Polytechnic Ibadan with a Higher National Diploma (Accountancy) in 1985.

Mr. Akintola has attended various training locally and abroad in finance, micro enterprise management, and other relevant fields: these include strategic planning for Corporate bodies: Profit improvement planning; Accounting System Development and installation; Micro-enterprise financial Institution management and design University of Reading, England, Essential skills in Program Management, Bradford University England. He has attended International Conferences and Workshops on development programs and Microfinance as a participant and resource person. Mr Akintola is a member of the International Association of Facilitators-Nigerian Network. He is a Director of the International Network of Alternative Financial Institutes (INAFI) and of Cefenet Nigeria. A member of the Board of UNDP Nigeria Microstart program and the Commonwealth Study Conference 2003, Australia. He has held several positions including Head of Finance and Operations, Home & Country Mortgage Bank Ltd, Assistant Chief Accountant (HO) SCOA Nig plc. Senior Accountant Associated Cotton Growers Ltd. Other places of previous employment include Barclays Bank Ltd (Now Union Bank).

Dr (Mrs) Ajasin Folasade Olubunmi – Director / Member

Dr (Mrs) Ajasin Folasade Olubunmi

She is a Doctor Of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M) from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria. Dr (Mrs) Ajasin is a Fellow of the College of Veterinary Surgeons of Nigeria (F.C.V.S.N). she also has Masters of Veterinary Public Health (M.V.P.H.) and Masters of Veterinary Public Health (M.V.P.H). She is a Senior Lecturer in Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology in Ibadan. She has attended courses on Veterinary Surgeon, Diseases of Warm Water Fish and Immunology. Among the institutions she attended were College of Veterinary Surgeons of Nigeria and University of Florida in USA. She is the Director of Academic Planning in the Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology. Co-ordinating the curriculum, time-table and academic activities of the Institution.

As a seasoned administrator, she has been saddled with the responsibility of being the Chairperson of various committees such as the Exam Compilation and Computation Committee, Accreditation Committee, Search Committee to the Mississippi State University Team. She has also written and published various books, among which are Fisheries for Senior Secondary Schools Book 1. 1st Edition, HEBN Publishers Plc, Starting a Pig Farm, Quails, A wonder Bird, Entrepreneurship in Catfish Farming, Rabbit Farming without Tears. She is a member of Nigeria Veterinary Medical Association and the Institute of Professional Agriculturists of Nigeria (IPAN).

Dr (Mrs) Delphine Misan-Arenyeka FIMC, CMC, MIoD, PhD (Honoris Causa) – Director / Member

Dr Delphine Misan-Arenyeka

Dr (Mrs) Delphine Misan-Arenyeka has a first degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan, as well as a Masters degree in also in Agricultural economics from the University of London (The Imperial College at Wye, Kent). She is a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and an internationally certified consultant by the International Management Consultants Institute. Her experience spans over 38 years post-graduation experience in field work with the International Livestock Centre for Africa (ILCA) now ILRI (International Livestock Research Institute), in Addis Ababa and at the firm, Deloitte Haskins and Sells, management consultants. Her work with ILCA earned her a Ford Foundation Award to proceed for postgraduate studies in the UK.

Her work career for the last 38 years has been in working on various projects involving international, local and private sector clients. She has carried out extensive development studies in collaboration with many international organisations including UNICEF, UNDP, DfID, USAID, IFC, The European Union and the World Bank to mention a few. She has been involved in training state government Project Monitoring and Evaluation Directors in several states on Participatory Techniques in Project and Programme development and management. She served on the board of the Millard Fuller Foundation for over 12 years in the capacity of Chairperson, Finance and Admin matters. She also up till December 2016 sat on the board of the Community Development Foundation. She is currently serving on the board of Palton Morgan Holdings Limited a holding company with five subsidiaries, the household brand owners of PropertyMart and Grenadines Homes. On the Palton Morgan board, she chairs the Governance and nominations committee. She also sits on the board of Grooming Micro Finance Bank (A part of the group of companies under the Grooming People for Better Livelihood Foundation) The bank's board nominated her as the chairperson of its Finance and General Purpose board Committee.

Always ready to learn, she has attended various trainings, seminars in organizations such as the Lagos Business School, NIBBS, Institute of Management Consultants of which she is a Fellow of the Institute, and the Institute of Directors of which she is also a member, The UK Train the Trainers institute, ICL, and European Union as well as the London Graduate Schools. Dr Delphine Misan-Arenyeka has also had extensive training in extension education and has in turn facilitated "train the trainers" workshops for various organizations. She also facilitates management training programmes in various capacities. In partnership with People Affairs Limited, a Human Resources Consultancy practice engages to bring about development of Human resource processes, best practices, development, mentoring and training. Under her leadership, her company won a British Airways Business Opportunity Grant for Small Businesses in 2011. Her passion to add value to the lives of persons with special needs has endeared her to working with and supporting various centres and Non-Governmental organization. This has earned her seats on two boards namely Pure Souls Learning Foundation and more recently, CBM Global Disability Inclusion, an international Non-Governmental Organization working in eleven countries across continents. These last two chairs are on a pro bono basis. She is happily married and is blessed with two sons. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, travelling, singing and she enjoys being a mother.

Mrs Sadauki Pamela – Director / Member

Mrs Sadauki Pamela

Mrs Aishatu Pamela Sadauki was a one – time Deputy Governor and erstwhile Commissioner for Social Development, Youth and Sports as well as Education in Kaduna State. Mrs Sadauki is a trained Home Economist, Agriculturist and Teacher who has devoted a greater part of her life in advocating the upliftment and empowerment of the women folk as well as the underprivileged. A tenacious crusader for the education of the female child and the fight against early marriages of young girls. She has held various prominent position in different government agencies spanning over three decades before venturing into agriculture and manufacturing entrepreneurship.

A leading member of many professional and educational bodies and institutions including the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), the American Home Economics Association (AHEA) and the Home Economics Association of Nigeria (HEAN). Mrs Sadauki has served on the Boards for more than Twenty-Five voluntary and Non-Governmental Organizations, amongst which are the board of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), the National Home Economics Council (NHEC), National Council for Women's Society, (NCWS), Federal Red Cross Society of Nigeria, Girls Guide Association, The Young Women Christian Association (YWCA) and the National Association for Disabled Persons. She is also a board member in many other organizations such as Leventis Foundation Limited, Hillside Company, Kaduna Hatchery, Samaudu Company Limited, SMA Enterprises, DASL and Zazzau Ginnery Limited, Zaria.

MR. KADRI SAIBU ADELAJA – Chief Operating Officer

MR. KADRI SAIBU ADELAJA

Mr. Adelaja has both the Ordinary National Diploma (OND) certificate and the Higher National Diploma (HND) Certificate in Accounting in 1986 and 1989 respectively from Kwara State Polytechnic in Ilorin where he graduated with Upper Credit. He is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI). He has worked both in the Private and Public Sector of the Nigerian economy spanning a period of about 17 years to date. Some of which are Rasaq Quadri & Co ( a firm of Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Senior between 1992 and 1996.He also worked with Universal Power Systems Limited (a Power Equipment distributors) as the Finance and Resource Manager between 1996 and 2001 before joining Trade Bank Plc in 2001 as an Assistant Manager in the Finance and Control Department of the Bank, He rose to the level of a Deputy Manager before leaving the bank to join Stonebridge Holdings Limited as the Head of Finance and Administration of the Company. Mr. Adelaja joined Community Development Foundation in 2009 as Finance and Admin Manager. He has attended several Mandatory Continuing Professional Education workshops on Management Information System, Issues on Money Laundering, Financial Control and Audit. He is a certified trainer.

Mrs Funke Williams – Manager, Business Development & Training

Mrs Funke Williams leads the Business Development and Training Services department. She oversees capacity-building initiatives, training programs, and institutional support for grassroots organizations and community-based enterprises across Nigeria.

Mr Chidi Nnamdi – Manager, Advocacy & Programs

Mr Chidi Nnamdi heads the Advocacy and Programs department. He is responsible for program design, implementation, and advocacy efforts that support CDF's mission of poverty reduction and economic justice.

Mrs Salome Garba – Member

Mrs Salome Garba

Salome Garba is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the banking sector, showcasing strong leadership skills that have been honed through a decade of managerial roles. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a consistent ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams, attributing this success to her strong orientation and strategic management direction.

Beyond her accomplishments in the banking industry, Salome has also dedicated her time and efforts to serving humanity. Her commitment to community welfare led her to join Rotary, where she has actively participated in various projects focused on Child and Maternal Health, Water and Sanitation, Disease Prevention, and other initiatives aimed at making a positive impact. Her dedication to Rotary is evident in her past role as President and district officer, specifically as a Past Assistant Governor.

In addition to her involvement with Rotary, Salome is the founder of the NGO Hadgar Humanitarian Development Initiative. This organization is dedicated to promoting gender equality and empowering women both socially and economically, with the overarching goal of contributing to sustainable national development. This showcases her commitment to social causes and her belief in the transformative power of empowering women.

Currently, Salome Garba holds the position of Managing Director at National Authentication Ltd, where she oversees operations as a licensed agent responsible for registering individuals with the National Identification Number (NIN) in Nigeria and the diaspora. This role underscores her involvement in critical aspects of national identity management, aligning with her broader commitment to service and making a meaningful impact on society. In summary, Salome Garba's profile highlights her extensive leadership experience in banking, her dedication to humanitarian causes through Rotary and her NGO, and her current role as a key figure in the management of national identification processes in Nigeria. Her multifaceted contributions underscore her commitment to both professional excellence and making a positive difference in the lives of individuals and communities.

Mrs Ruth Danjuma Obashe – Member

Ruth Danjuma Obashe is a compassionate and skilled counselor and a member at the Community Development Foundation, with a bachelor's degree in Guidance and Counseling. She specializes in supporting teenagers, using her deep understanding of human behavior and counseling techniques to make a positive impact.

Her experience as a teacher registered with TRCN (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) and a social worker has strengthened her critical thinking, patience, and empathy—qualities that are essential in creating nurturing environments where young people thrive. Known for her excellent time management and collaboration skills, Ruth works closely with colleagues and families to ensure holistic support for individuals. Ruth's dedication to professional growth and her empathetic approach make her a valuable asset to the foundation's mission of community empowerment and development.

Mrs Itegbe Oluwaseyi Adebimpe BSc, FCA – Member

Mrs Itegbe Oluwaseyi Adebimpe

Mrs Itegbe Oluwaseyi Adebimpe was born on the 4th of April 1977. She attended the University of London where she graduated with a BSc in Business Administration and International Business. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

She currently works with Chevron Nigeria Limited since September 2007. Mrs Itegbe has also worked in various organizations at Management level with over Twenty-Nine (29) years' experience in Audit and System Analysis. Some of the organizations where she worked included Peter Asu & Co as a Senior Manager, Enterprise for Development International as Associate Consultant, Standard Accounting Ltd and Tunde Akinyemi & Co, KPMG Professional Services, KPMG Audit. In Chevron Nigeria Limited she has worked as a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning, Policy Government & Public Affairs.

Mrs Olajumoke Anifowoshe (Nee Ajasin) – Member

Mrs Olajumoke Anifowoshe

A Legal practitioner with extensive activities in governance, Legal development and practice, women development and commerce; she also acquired mediation skills. She was Commissioner for Justice, Ondo State between 2002 and 2003. She is member International Federation of Women Lawyers and Secretary 1998-1990, Member Women in Law and Development (WILDAF), Member Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Member Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Mrs Anifowoshe has worked in various capacities: State counsel Federal Ministry of Justice, Arbitrator in Several Disputes. Past and present positions held include, National Adviser Obafemi Awolowo University Alumni, Vice Chairperson YMCA Archbishop Vining Memorial Church. She is Secretary Adekunle Ajasin Foundation.
